ACUPUNCTURE:
Rayna Benson, Licensed Acupuncturist, CMT
Rayna began her path as a healer over 10 years ago. Since that time, it's become a lifestyle and a career. With training from The School of Healing Arts, Maui Academy of Healing Arts, and a Masters degree from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, in addition to many individual certificates and credentials from various programs and mentors, she's developed a well rounded and eclectic style of treating.
Rayna provides gentle, intuitive and restorative acupuncture treatments, energy healing and bodywork, as well as Chinese cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, facial rejuvenation and related modalities. Her sensitivity and openness bring presence and compassion to every treatment. Each session is custom tailored to the goals, needs and comfort of the patient. Creating a safe and welcoming space for people to heal and renew, is her passion.
Specialties include: stress and anxiety, insomnia, grief, trauma and emotional and energetic blocks. Treatments can also be scheduled to treat pain and decrease recovery time for injuries, strengthen immune function and various internal conditions and woman's issues.
When she's not working with clients to provide relaxation and wellness through luxurious and nurturing treatments, she finds herself inspired by further study of healing modalities and techniques. For Rayna, constantly growing as a healer, is a lifelong journey. While taking a break from assisting other's on their path to bliss, she enjoys her own with a dedicated meditation and yoga practice.
"Even when I'm not performing acupuncture, I'm considering the body through that lens. Each body has a story and a message. As therapists, we are allowed the creative opportunity to try to communicate with the body in the specific way that will facilitate the deepest healing for our clients."

MASSAGE THERAPY & Bodywork:
David
Warder, Owner, HHP, Instructor
David was brought up in a household with holistic values, where massage was used every day as first aid to all forms of ailments. By high school he had built the habit of self-treatment and
internalized the simple principle of "push where it hurts". His experience with the benefits of bodywork lead him to continually tout the power of massage to those around him, and quite naturally he decided to
hone his own skills with formal training earning
both California and National certifications.
Now a
specialist in Triggerpoint Therapy and Zen Shiatsu, two modalities with polar opposite approaches, he is able to go far beyond the "push where it hurts" concept to search out the root causes of imbalance which may be hiding far from the symptoms. He is naturally drawn to a more therapeutic and problem-solving approach with his sessions, but feels strongly that the work must be kept in a comfortable range rather than the "no pain, no gain" attitude found elsewhere. For those looking for a more relaxing visit, David usually draws on the continuous and hypnotic techniques found in Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. Very similar to Swedish, Lomi is a circulatory massage that uses oils to soothe away the stresses of the day.
From Olympic and high school athletes to pregnant mothers and businessmen, David is able to find the right treatment for each client. He can help whether your goal is to avoid a surgery, balance a workout routine, reduce the impacts of a long flight, smooth emotions after a loss, or so much more. Feel free to directly call or email with any questions.
When not in session, David spends his time at his home in Normal Heights with his wife, Leah, and two wonderful daughters, Willow and Aspen. He also teaches Zen Shiatsu and Triggerpoint Therapy at Healing Hands School of Holistic Health.

Jeanne Marie Auger, HHP, Instructor
Jeanne Marie Auger is a Holistic Health Practitioner. She has almost 1800 hours of training from different schools in Canada, New York and the West Coast and has been practicing different types of bodywork and energy workmodalities for the past 25 years. She is also a yoga practitioner and instructor and extensively uses the awareness, knowledge and experience she hasgained through this practice in her approach to bodywork.
She has experience working in a variety of settings such as massage-therapy centers, high-end spas, in partnership with a chiropractor and in personal healing practice. Today, this allows her to provide a wide variety of treatments to her clients and address several of their needs.
Her sense of wellness goes far beyond the body. While being very attuned to its needs and limitations, she intuitively perceives how body and mind interact together to either create tensions and blockages hindering the Spirit or to empower it to emerge and manifest Itself fully. The core of her work focuses primarily on releasing these tensions and blockages and allows the body and the mind to re-align with the Spirit. The outcome is a deeper sense of congruency and oneness and the resulting inner peace, fulfillment and Self-realization.
Depending on the client's desired outcome, she uses several different modalities. At the muscular level, this includes Structural Integration - also known as Rolfing, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue and Swedish massage. At the energetic level, this includes Acupressure, Jin Shin Acutouch, Reiki Tummo, Biodynamic Boyasen and “Body-Mind-Spirit Alignment”, a method that most directly focuses at uprooting energy patterns in the body and clear their resulting stagnant energies. She also practices Reflexology, a most highly recommended addition to any treatment as it very effectively and rather quickly helps mechanically release tensions all throughout the body - not only externally but also internally, including the internal organs and glands - through the reflex zones of the feet.
Jeanne Marie will be very pleased to answer any of your questions and work with you to help you assist your goals. You are most welcome to request her at the Zen Sanctuary... See you there!
Aubrey Stephenson, HHP, ThetaHealing Practitioner
Aubrey's passion for holistic healing came in 2007, when she became hospitalized due to liver and digestive issues. She turned to nutritionists, chiropractors, and other such body therapists for guidance to self healing. She was introduced to raw food and vegetarian diets, along with yoga and meditation. She became fascinated by the body's innate ability to heal itself, and was able to understand its full potential. The support and love she received during that time sparked the fire that would carry her onto her career path.
Since then, Aubrey has earned over 1000 hours of training and the title of Holistic Health Practioner from Healing Hands School of Holistic Health. She is also a California certified massage therapist.
Aubrey has training in several different modalities including Deep Tissue Sculpting, Shiatsu, and Trigger Point, along with Hawaiian style Lomi Lomi, Craniosacral Therapy, and Reiki energy healing. She combines her intuition and knowledge of both Western and Eastern approaches to massage to create unique sessions based on her client's needs. Aubrey focuses her work on helping clients deal with pain management and facilitates healing from physical, emotional, and spiritual issues.
She believes that bringing the mind, body, and spirit into alignment opens the door for healing to occur, allowing a sense of wholeness to set in.
With the birth of her son in May of 2014, Aubrey has become very passionate about women's health, and is eager to work with women during the pregnancy and postpartum journey.
A better connection with ourselves leads to a better connection with our families, communities, and the planet.
